📋 Job description

Apprenticeship – duration 3.5 years

What does a metalworking technician do in the main module of mechanical engineering or machining technology?
– Manufacture components on manual and computer-controlled machining centers according to factory drawings
– On-site assembly of subassemblies and production equipment
– Automation processes for hydraulic and pneumatic components
– Computer-aided programming (CAM) using 3D/CAD models
– Creating engineering drawings with 2D and 3D CAD software
– Performing measurement operations and creating test reports

Requirements:

– High school diploma
– Only young people with a genuine interest in the apprenticeship program
– Applications from both high school dropouts and high school graduates are welcome

Full-time position (38.5 hours per week)
Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:25 p.m. and Friday until 11:45 a.m.
OR
Exact working hours to be agreed upon with the employer

The employer is happy to offer the APPRENTICESHIP WITH MATURA as part of the training and the necessary requirements. In this case, the apprenticeship lasts 4 years.
