📋 Your Responsibilities
-
Organization, provision, and monitoring of all cutting tools, clamping devices, and special-purpose tools for the production machines
-
Comprehensive tool management, including monitoring of tool inventory and setup preparations
-
Development of component-specific test plans and definition of the required measuring equipment to ensure our quality standards

A link between production, purchasing, and quality control to ensure a smooth flow of information
📚 Your Profile
-
Completed technical training as a mechanical engineering technician or production technician
-
Proficiency in MS Office, as well as basic knowledge of CAD and CAM
-
Practical experience in mechanical manufacturing (CNC technology)
-
Experience in work planning or production control is a plus
-
A passion for technology and the ability to work well with others
🕰️ Working Hours & Compensation

Full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week

Flexible Work Schedule Model
The statutory minimum wage is stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement. We consider it a given that we offer attractive, performance-based compensation with additional pay based on qualifications and professional experience.
